fog lights!

hey guyz, i wanna know if anyone has had the issue of having the fog lights randomly stop working.if you have please let me know where the issue isand does anyone know how to convert a fog light to a signal. and the steps??

Have you checked the fuse? Did the bulbs burn out?

oh yea checked the fuse. there unless its like my saturn and has a second fuse panel inside.. this is my girls car so im just learning it. and the bulbs shouldnt of, if they did im goin to flip. seeing as we just bought them about 2 months ago. brandnew silverstars. 50 bucks later.. ill check later on this month when it warms up lol.

There's one in the fuse box under the dash, the relay itself could have blown, and there may be a fuse in the box in the engine compartment.

A slim possiblilty, but you may have a loose connection at the switch too....You can check that out pretty easily by dropping the lower steering column cover.

Silverstars are notorious for dying quickly in Vibes - though usually in the headlights, so don't dismiss them as the problem so quickly. The Silverstar Ultras in my fogs are three years old, but I only got six months out of the low beams. Would be easy to check the bulbs first, then move on. I lost my fogs and thought it was the switch - it wasn't. I ended up doing the fogs as DRL mod to get them back.
