I've got a 2004 with the Nav radio. The CD player works fine, the navigation works fine, but I can't get any radio stations to come in.I pulled the radio out of the dash and checked the antenna connection. It was fine. Does anyone know if there is another conncetion anywhere between the radio and the antenna? Does the antenna wire route up the passenger side A pillar? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Welcome to genvibe. Ottumwa? say hello to Radar O'Reilly next time you see himhttp://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=12907 has some pictures of the antenna wires with the headliner removed, but my spatial perception is way off and I can't figure out what they are really showing. However, this pic from the bottom of the first page of that thread sure looks like its showing junction connectors. Perhaps its just above the drivers side rear fixed window? There's also an antenna amp, I think it's built in to the antenna base, so if you've got a connection problem, it could be the RF coax, or it could be the power to the antenna amp

That is what I thought. My wife took the car into our local dealership last fall for a recall on the window, they ended up breaking the door pad,and causing a squeak on the passenger side. It appeared that they had the pillar moulding off, but of course they said the didn't. From that point on, the radio didn't work. We took it back in, but of couse they said that wouldn't affect the radio. We mainly listen to CD's, then ended up buying an 05 AWD, and forgot about it until the other day when I had an interested buyer ask me why the radio didn't work. Thanks for the PDF's. I am going to try and pull that trim off this week and see if the connector is unplugged or broken. I appreciate the help.
