What are you wanting the sub to do? Do you want as much boom as possible? or do you want it just to fill the lower frequencies?Aron

I would either do the dual 8" in a ported or better yet; sell the dual 8" and the sound stream and find another original 10w6 and run dual 10w6. The 8w6 worked great in a 4th order band pass enclosure yielding great SQ and decent output when tuned in the 30-35 HZ range. The downside would be the enclosure would be 1.5 times as big as a ported enclosure.8" can get loud but it will need alot of power and a ported enclosure with a higher tuning frequency, probably somewhere in the 50-60hz range. The trade off here would be not good sound quality. I cant really comment on the sound stream woofer as I am not familiar with any of their newer stuff. At the end of the day I would rate the options as 1. dual 10w6 (if possible)2. dual 8w63. single 10w6Aron
