Is it possible to remove the antenna or move it. It so ugly to have 2 antennas there. If not I would consider adding an dummy antenna to the opposite side of the roof to give the car some symetry

What year vibe do you have? I was thinking about removing it too since I didn't continue with onstar. My car's black so it's not as noticeable maybe but I'm thinking if we remove it then there will be a hole there?
Symetry can be overrated. Leave the antenna like it is for a while, and eventually you'll get accustomed to it. If you positively and absolutely have to have the symetry, wait until you can find another antenna in the junk yard (parts recycler) and add it to bring that symetry.
