I have a 09 WHT Vibe GT with the following mods: K&N Typhoon intake, Magnaflow cat-back, Sliver Star Lights, tags removed off the back. I am wanting to drop to car (mild drop) with Eibach or TRD springs. I called Eibach and they told me they did not have springs for the 09-10 Vibe GT. I went to a local Toyota TRD dealer and asked if the TRD spring (1/2" front-2" back) for the Matrix XRS would fit and they said they didn't know. Does anyone have any good info on what to lower the car with and any tech advice...
Welcome to GenVibe! Please post some pictures of your GT for all of us to appreciate! It sounds a lot like my '09 Liquid Platinum Metallic GT !Check out this post on Matrix Owners.

This sounds a little weird, but I think the best info would be going to the Matrix owners site - several people there have used 1st gen springs on their 2nd gen cars and can report the drop. I think the drop would be almost the same in a Vibe.http://matrixowners.com/index....um=79

Im just jealous of you people with the GT cars and the double wishbone rear suspension. Personally I wouldn't want to take a chance on something that hasn't been officially tested by a part manufacturer. Although I remember seeing a post where someone had successfully lowered a AWD vibe with some set of springs. These have double wishbone rear suspension too.Hey is your vibe a manual?. wanna trade for my 09? you can put the TRD springs on that. uhh just kidding I like my carbon grey base 09
