Down Sydrome Orphan and Our Neighbor

*Edit: I am not trying to raise money for anyone--I just liked the story.*****UPDATE She did it! She raised over $26,000 in 8 days so they can adopt the little boy! Our neighbors have 5 kids, 2 of which have down syndrome. We woke up one morning to find a letter from one of their kids taped to our mailbox (and every mailbox in the neighborhood!). The letter talked about how she is trying to raise money so their family can adopt another child with down syndrome who is an orphan. She has done car washes, bake sales, etc... and to date has raised $7,000 (I think she is only 13 or 14 yrs. old)! Anyways, we have all been pretty touched by her efforts. She'll be on the local news this Thanksgiving here in Nashville.
