You could have a crack in the headlight or the rubber seal behind the light has come lose. Did you recently replace a light bulb? Not sure how bad that moisture might be. Have you had a lot of rain lately with big temperature changes? I've seen condensation in some lamps, but eventually it has gone away.

send them to me.. i'll fix it for ya and install some projectors but you could check the rubber gaskets on the back and save your moisture absorbers from the pill bottlesopen up the back of the headlight and toss them inside then close it back up

I'm sure Silica Gel and the intense heat in a headlamp are a great combo, lol.Let the lamp dry out completely, then get some clear RTV silicone and bead it around the lamp.
Yea, and when you're done with those silica packets, just rip 'em open and eat them! Oh, wait a minute. they say "DO NOT EAT" THROW AWAY DESICCANT. Oops.Is the condensation still in your lights?

I'll have to check.Quote, originally posted by vibolista »Think CBL will help us solve this problem? How long has the moisture been in the light?I don't think CBL can do anything but be a __________. (fill in the blank however you would like)The moisture has been in for about a week now. I thought it would clear up on its own, but it hasn't yet.

also there are vent holes in the back of the headlight that usually have black plastic caps over the top of them. If you locate those pull them off and besure there is a small sponge inside the vent hole. If not cut a small piece and stick it in there and then re cover the vent hole with the black plastic cap.

A hair drier on low for a couple minutes or so help?Usually the headlight heat is enough to do that but if the heat from the headlight isnt working he could try the hairdryer or even a heat gun.
