Trans problems after lowering

I have a 03 awd and I just put some Canuck springs on it. Now I have like a shudder from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd. Any thoughts on why?Oh it has a A/T. Has anyone had somethig like this happen to them if so please tell me what's up.
