engine viberation about 1200 rpm

i getting a viberation out of my car ideling. well it will be when im costing down the road it the rpm will hit about 1200 rpm and ill get a shake out of it and then when i got accel it will get the shake agian around 1200 rpm. not sure what it would be.

Is it a vibration or a rattling noise like something is loose?

its a viberation like something is out of balance.
