A couple of days ago, I got the $77 yearly rate (for the 2nd year in a row) for my Vibe & GMC. Depending on the rep you get determines if you get the $77 rate. If the rep will not give you the rate, tell them to transfer you to the cancellation dept, If you tell them you're going to cancel---you'll get the rate. X-M will do about anything not to loose customers.

My Vibe came with the 3 month subscription. I wasn't going to renew it, & they called almost every day . Finally, I dfid answer the phone & talked with a young lady. I told her I liked it , but just couldn't afford any extra expense right now. She offered it to me at $6/mo., I refused. She came back with $19.95 for 5 months, [ $4/mo. ] & I did accept that offer.
I got a new stereo with an MP3 player, and subscribe to Rhapsody to go..Its 15 bucks a month, but then I have it in the car,on my MP3 player at work, and on my computer at home.I only listen to what I want and nothing I don't want.Granted they have no AC/DC or Def Leppard, but they have everything else.

I have had an XM Roady portable satellite radio for years. I told XM "no thanks" when it came to a subscription for my car.I can plug my Roady into the car radio, my stereo at home, my stereo in my garage, and the stereo in my office. I have my XM radio on about ten hours a day.Why would anyone subscribe to a service that they can only listen in their car?

I love XM and gladly pay for it! I hate listening to inane commercials and love the variety. I also have the best of Sirius package and get a hoot out of Howard Stern.
