Doesnt that still draw air from the engine compartment. I was able to take the stock air intake components seperate them and then reassemble them to take in air from the lower air dam in front, I pulled out the plastic grated piece on the left and dremmeled out the fins and now I have a DIRECT air intake. Will try to get pics people.

I did the same on my old car 2005 crown vic police interceptor and the people in that club gave it the "rudimentry" intake so I guess i'll just put that name on the vibes. As soon as the weather breaks, warm I mean I'll get some pictures
