Amtron - 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer GT

Post by Amtron »

While my other ride was awesome and I loved it, it didn't hold up so well with dividing walls. So I had to get a new car. I'm really excited because this will be my first car I have gotten on my own. I spent a lot of time researching a whole bunch of different cars and came up with this. It's got a MIVEC engine which is Mitsubishi's equivalent of VTEC, with 156hp. Still have yet to launch it from a start cuz it's only up to 250 km's (got it at 4), but I have just opened up in second and it is amazing.Anyways, here's some pics of my new 2009 Tarmac Black Pearl Mitsubishi Lancer GT...

Here's the album on Facebook for more pictures: http://www.facebook.com/album....1c5dbI know I posted photos from there and some people couldn't open them, so I'll try to get them up on my photobucket account.

I'm thinking going with a black/orange theme. Black racing seats w/ orange inserts or padding, orange tubing/stitching on the shift boot, black wheels with a thin orange line on the lip, maybe some black/OJ engine dress up, dark dark tint, OJ wrapped leather on steering wheel, front splitter, evo style hood, header back exhaust, intake, springs, sway bars, blah blah blah. Drop a turboooooo in?

Well, in case anyone missed it in other threads, crashed this one too. I have some videos of the tow truck guy flipping it back over and pulling it out of the marsh that I will get up eventually.

I don't know where I've been. I remember you crashing the Vibe, but I didn't know you got a Lancer.

I will be getting my next car, a new Saturn Astra, on October 28th (of course pictures and garage threads will follow).Quote, originally posted by Wolfman213 »whathefuhell??? Have you been cursed or something? You get hurt?Yeah something like that lol...No, not hurt that badly, just had some cuts from the glass all over my legs and feet, bruise from my seatbelt on my chest, and a nasty burn from where I put my wrist down behind the catalyc converter. It's still scarred and probably will be for a long time..Quote, originally posted by northvibe »how did the lancer accident happen? are you ok?I flipped it into a marsh on my cottage road. Took a corner too fast and caught the edge. Next thing I know I'm upside down and swearing profusely lolAnd yes, I'm okay thanks!
