Starter relay location?

Anyone know which relay goes to the starter solenoid? I think mine went out as everything else seems ok. I'm pretty sure it's under the dash on the left side behind the flip-out tray but there are more than one relay in that grouping.

it does look like the starter relay is behind/under the steering wheel. this is from the 03-07 matrix repair guide i have.

relays are low amperage switches that really operate the high amperage switches, not the high amperage component.
