Should. Everything but the body panels is exactly the same. The Matrix has the same engine, airbox, throttle body, motor mounts, fuse boxes and all that.I just did a quick check on K&N stuff, and their CAI's are the same part number for both the Matrix XRS, and the Vibe GT for 03.

It will fit, but you will have to fight installing it with the Vibe's headlight as it is a different shape than the Matrix (this goes for any CAI with the Vibe). Once you get past that, you are all set.
