Need help with setting EQ for stock radio

I just bought an 2010 Vibe and I really don't like how my stereo sounds (I've read a couple of reviews saying that the stock stereo isn't very good). I've tried messing with the equalizer to improve how it sounds, but I'm still not happy. Anybody have any settings that work well? I mostly listen to rock/alternative music. Thanks.
