Front suspension dust cover removal

Anyone can teach me how to remove this dust cover so I can install my new springs??I don't want to give it too many love to break it....

Not really proud of me LOL I thought I needed some special 3-prong tool too remove the whole round metal thing Until I realized the middle rubber cap was removable...Nothing to see please move on!
