Hi everybody!

Post by Loaded87IROCZ »

My name is Ed and I live in Las Vegas. I just traded in my 05 Chevy Cobalt for an 09 Vibe GT so I figured I would register on here and say hi. So far the Vibe is great! I hope to learn alot here. Here is a picture...

Welcome Ed.You made a smart choice!I notice that you don't have a front plate, did you get the plate holder or does the dealership have it? If so there is a person on here who is in a tough spot who really needs one.I don't know how different the 09 is from the 07 bumper but it might fit?http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=38774Drop him a line if you can help him out.Dave

Thanks for the welcome guys! I do have the front plate bracket, but Nevada requires both front and rear tags. I'm hoping to go as long as I can without putting it on, but need to have it just in case.Yep, its an 87 Fiero with a 2.5 and a 5 speed. I would really like to do a 3800 swap to it but I think I will hold off for a little while. We relocated here about a year and a half ago and I haven't shipped my turbo Cougar out here yet, so I should probably do that first. Thanks again everyone!

I had to down size on cars when we moved out this way from Wichita, KS. It's hard to keep track of all my user names from all the different car forums I'm on so i just use the same one most places. Here is a pic of one of my previous IROCs and one of my old 01 Z28.

welcome Loaded! Your white Vibe is gorgeous. I've always wished I could have a white one but with power plants around here, its just not a good idea! They do look spiffy. The GT is an absolute upgrade from your cobalt. It has some pop to get over the hill to Tahoe
