ok someone told me that if you have a awd and one of your tires has a blowout and cant be repaired you need to get 4 new tires because if you just replace the single tire the circumfrince of the trie will be larger then the other three even if you had relativly new tires with most of the tread left on them and this will mess up your awd system. any truth to this?

Not really. Were talking about tread that's about 8/32" deep. The circumference of a slightly worn tire is not that much of a difference to worry about. Anyway, the only time there is a problem is if the axle has a locking differential which the Vibe does not. Actuall, you'll get more of a circumference difference by having the tire pressure in one tire too high or low.

That's correct! You can replace any of your 4 tires at any time. You don't have to replace them all just because you had a blown tire.Shadow Realm
