the vibe may be no more :(

Post by SuperSpeedWagon »

Well over the years the vibe has been through alot and has changed alot..... well this morning i let my little brother borrow my car he lost control hit a curb my rim was demolished and the rear axle is bent as well as when he hit it hit the corner of the left back door and bent it upward it sucked so much when i saw my car like that.... Im still a little in shock. I already found another vibe in Corpus Cristi and what better time to up grade i may possibly buy a 2003 vibe GT all white 6 speed of course with about 68,000 on it which is nothing my vibe has 149,500 so i guess it was a good thing in a way. I will keep you all posted pictures will be up tomorrow i havnt had a chance to real think about doing anything

Sorry to hear that. I hope your brother is OK. A tentative welcome to the 2ZZ club!

Might be able to knock the price down a bit if it is, as many GT clutches may be slipping at that milage. So it's probably safe to say you won't lend the GT to your brother in the future

If your brother IS remorseful on what he did to your Vibe, I think he should pay the difference in your automobile premium for the next 2 years.

Sorry to hear about the wreck. Best of luck on the new one. Maybe you shoudl buy the old one from insurance for a couple hundred to have around for parts. or maybe there is a forum member who would buy it from you to have around.
