Cabin Air Filters Great Deal : free shipping!!

Post by vibe-04 »

I'm posting this for all the new vibers who didn't know where to get cabin air filters on the cheap.I just order three from C.G. Enterprises Automotive Inc in Orillia Ontario. They have a special: free shipping on order more than $40 U.S.D therefore, 3 Vibe 9924TC cabin filters @13.63 = $40.89 +tax Great deal!!! Took two days to get here (in Ontario) and they use PayPal. They are marked as Viper Automotive Filters. Check out http://www.gcenterprises.com p.s. I have no affiliation to C.G Enterprises outside of the fact I like saving money!Andrew

I've been using their cabin filters since I got my Vibe. Work well.

They have a special: free shipping on order more than $40 U.S.D FWIW they are no longer in Orillia but have moved to Gravenhurst. More importantly they no longer have free shipping. I asked about that today when ordering a cabin filter and the owner told me that promo had been discontinued. But still a good price for such filters.

Sounds like a good price for 3filters, but I went to our local Farm & Fleet store which stocks alot of different size/shape K&N filters, took my old paper one allong for comparison, found a square one that was the same size/depth(thickness);just had to trim off the rubber seal around the perimiter & it slid right into the stock opening. I wish I would've saved the part# but that was roughly 3yrs ago when I first got my 03'GT and I didnt know about this site then so... I do know that it was no more than $30-$35. I Just pull it out to clean it with the shop vac(not water or solution as of yet) about twice a year. Works great and flows helluva lot more air than my old paper one did, which I figure has to be a lil easier the blower motor.

geez, please save your money. Go to your bulk hardware store and buy some disposable filtrete furnace filters. Cut them to size and slide them in. You pay pennies on the dollar (loonie) for excellent micro filtration. You need to swap out your cabin air filter ever 4 months or so, which you won't likely do if you are paying $13 each time. You'd be amazed at the pollen, mold and leaves that accumulate in there.
