*%!@#@!!!@!

Post by yank dini »

Well my first bad experience at Discount Tire has arrived. Remember my Daddy post? Well the guy calls me right at lunch time to pick them up. So I was cool I can run there on lunch and get back since it's close to work. SO after waiting for balancing, mounting etc. etc. THe moment arrives to put them on the car. THEY DONT FIT!!! My car takes 5/100 and the wheels were 5/115 or 118 something like that. BOttom Line they dont fit.Now I have to wait at least 2 days or longer to get in which will hopefully be the right size.............The fault falls on Enkei with this one guys.....Nimrods!

Who ordered the wheels? Did Enkei send the wrong ones?

The problem with that is where?I gotta have road hazard on these and Belle doesn't do it...... I wish they did now cause I could have used that as leverage. ya know?My Motto:NO ROAD HAZARD, NO DEAL.

quote:Yeah, have to admit that. Discount does have a good warranty. But I would ask for your money back or only pay half until you seen the final product. I have learned never to pay in full until you are satisfied. I paid the remainder right when they were balancing them which was $1400.00 and watch them do the whole process. Once I saw the guy on his (removed) trying to get the wheel on, I knew what was up. Then he called his guy over, that cinched it. I knew it was the wrong pattern. Plus I was on lunch break for 2 hours, which was the main reason I was mad. I figured I get them then since it was close to work and didn't have that far to drive back. I really didn't have the time to get the money charged back, cause then it would have taken time to get back on the card. So I just left.
