Scratchy Mirror and the replacement coming advice.

Irrepairable scratches and I am replacing the mirror next week.My question.Does this corner piece just pop out?What part of the 'triangle' do I start with? Left, Right, or bottom or top?Also, what happens to the tweeter? Please advise.MSAGRO

The tweeter likely pops straight out away from the mirror... you can check the link to the service manual in my sig if you like though..
