rear window idea...

Post by 05baseabyss »

so i love driving with my windows down and i never use my AC unless it is raining out. so i had the idea of converting my back window. I would like to know if it is possible to do. so my idea is to have the back window roll down like the other four. it would be in a similar fashion to the toyota 4runner and for broncos. is there anyway that this is possible. or tell me im crazy either way... let my know..

you mean the hatch? probably not and you would have exhaust sucked in the rear when the glass was down.

I have seen pimp my ride.....anything is possible.....LOLI think its a great idea though. Why did they design the rear window to pop open if you cant drive with it open anyhow? I guess you CAN but i wouldnt!

would be great if it can be done or if it came that way. i love how the 4runner's hatch/liftgate window can roll down. i wish the vibes can do that too =/

I wish the hatch was like a tailgate where it could lay down and be completely flat with the cargo area and rear seats. I doubt I'd use it much, but it would be nifty.

That would be so awesome!! Keep us all posted, I'd love to see if it works out, I've often thought about it with my SUV as well.
