Today was the day for delivery of Batmobile2.The first was a black 96 Volvo 850R wagon (gone since 04).The dealer we went with, Vermillion was phenomenal.They drove the car up to Chicago for us and they went off the the Sox game.They even through in paint sealant and scotchgarding of the seats n/c.

We just got back from taking the Vibe for its first road trip.What a great little car.We went from Chicago to Elkhart Lake last week and then down to Milwaukee (lots of Vibes there) for the week end. Came home to Chicago today through some miserable traffic.The car has so much room, way more that my IS 350.On the highway it runs quite strong and has solid passing power.The air blew plenty cold ( really needed in a black car.We have to check the mileage but it seems to be doing much better that the 26 mpg described for highway.I drove it some and found the handling and responsiveness very pleasant.Can't go wrong with one of these!
