I have had very limited experience with Pontiac dealerships so I can only give a bit of information, but maybe it will help.1. I bought my car from the dealer in Longview, WA. Nice people - little podunk town and dealer. New car sales treated me right but I have no idea about their service department.2. I needed my GT spoiler (bought online) installed so I think I called all the dealerships around the Portland area for quotes. Everybody except one gave me a wide range of quotes and by that I mean that every dealer said something along the lines of $90-150 or $130-220 or something like that. That kind of ticked me off, because it should be a standardized rate, just like auto body repair. You know, it should take .8 of an hour or something at whatever their labor rate is. One dealership, Weston Pontiac GMC, in Gresham, OR, gave me a quote of $120 (I think - there is a thread here about it under the "exterior" section). I went with them because I didn't want a $150 surprise. When they were done they charged me $90, so I thought that was cool. Their service area was also very well organized, large and newer. It was also pretty empty. 3. I ended up ordering a rear cargo mat and cargo net from Auto Town Pontiac GMC in Milwaukie because the parts department agreed to meet the much lower price of an online dealership. Still, I have no experience with the service department.
