I figure if I'm going to upgrade the door speakers (Infinity Kappa 6.5's) I might as well upgrade the tweeters too.

I wouldn't add tweeters.. Have you bought the Kappas yet? You know they are a 2ohm speaker, right? A guy here just installed a proper components set, the Phoenix Gold RSD components set and LOVES them, for the nice price of 80$

I already put the two rear ones in, IMO they sound great, and even have good mid bass. I'm just using the moon and tunes amp to run them so 2ohm from there to the 2ohm speakers.
