2003 - Rear washer does not work AT ALL

Hi everyone - this isn't a figure of speech. I crank on the knob for the rear washer and nothing happens. No fluid comes out at all. I don't hear a motor engage or anything. None of my fuses appear blown either. It has been like this since I bought the car (used) and I am tired of not being able to use it.I have done quite a bit of searching, but have come up empty handed. Not even the service manual I came up with has troubleshooting or even a diagram for a rear washer pump. My fronts work just fine, so is there a separate pump for the rear, or what? Thanks in advance, this has been really bugging me.

There is a seperate pump. I can't remember which is which but you can find the silent one easily. There both mounted on the bottom of the washer reservoir.
