Cabin Air Filter rattling/buzzing

I changed the cabin air filter on my 2006 Vibe and now it makes this loud buzzing/rattling sound. It sounds a lot like a big box fan. The harder the a/c blows, the louder it gets, and when it's set to recirculate it's the loudest. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Welcome to GV..!!Electrical tape... take the filter out, clean the edges well... apply the tape and replace... IF that is the problem... I/we aren't there, so we can't tall you what's making the noise exactly.. that part is up to you..
