Road trip to Amsterdam, NY

Friday I'm on my way to Amsterdam, NY. I'll be on I-90 from Buffalo to Amsterdam. What is the speed limit on I-90 and is there any contruction going on? Looks like a 1400 mile roundtrip from Mid-Michigan, damn I have to come back on Saturday.

I'm pretty sure its 65 mph all the way on 90....and haven't heard of any construction....but then again i usually dont take I-90. You can also expect the toll to be close to $10.

Why would anyone drive 1400 miles to go to Amsterdam NY. It is the armpit of NY State. The speed limit is 65 on the Thruway. At least stop in Utica at the Turning Stone Casino to make the trip worthwhile. Otherwise it is a complete waste of time!
