http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...oriesyou won't beat the price. We have one of these and its pretty beefy -- not as solid as the new Bushwhackers but solid, and a good fit. Laying the lip against the side of the bumper makes it hard to misinstall

That's actually a Matrix bumper protector, I have one on my '06 Vibe. It's superior to the Vibe one because it goes over the edge of the bumper. The GM does not. That's the same Ebay seller I bought mine from a few years ago.

Right on Raven. But the fit is identical on the Vibe bumper, so it gets (justifiably) advertised both ways by vendors selling the item. Some Matrix parts cross over fine.FYI: the 2009-2010 OEM protector for the Vibe is (as for earlier models) inferior to that built for the matrix (but not the vibe) aftermarket by Bushwacker. http://www.bushwacker.com/bump...s.aspThis 2009 Matrix protector is not a perfect fit on the vibe but it is very close -- acceptably close for some people. The curvature on the inner edge is just a millimeter or so larger than the Vibe bumper line. Still, the outer edge fits fine and I went ahead and installed it on mine because of the much superior protection it offers compared to the Vibe OEM (I haul bikes in the back and the wimpy OEM one doesn't do much to prevent pedal clips). You have to look pretty hard and scratch your head to determine its a misfit. Metso not to confuse -- the 03 protector mentioned above (or the OEM one cited by Raven) are your two choices. But the point is, sometimes Matrix accessories work, sometimes they don't and sometimes they "sorta work"

will this product work for the 2010 vibe?I helped a friend transport his bike last weekend and the clip gouged a deep scratch into my bumper. i would like to get it protected before winter hits.

How about a detailed picture for fit consideration? I have a Matrix protector, that goes over the edge of the bumper, on order.

I would use clear vinyl like headlight lens protector material... I know places you can get it, it would make a color matched protector... !!
