Fuel filter replacement/location

My mechanic is planning on some tuneup work on my 2003 Vibe. He asked about the location of the fuel filter. Is the fuel filter located in a convienient location or not? I notice no info. in my book about replacing a fuel filter at a specific mileage also.

It isn't very convenient to replace the fuel filter. It is under the back seat.

search out my post in the maintainence section IIRC... I stuck a link to the 03 service manual... the systems shouldn't be much different.. it's hosted online, so it's easy enough to look at anywhere..
