add more power for FREE!

Post by lowincash »

ok not really more power but here's what happened. i took my car to the dealer today to get rid of the rattle in my headliner and stuff. after they finished and on my drive home i notice the car felt more responsive and more power. i liked how it felt but after i got home my leg felt more tire than usual. then i noticed my seat was moved forward by one click. after i moved it back one to where it used to be, i felt more comfortable but the pedal seems farther away so i guess i felt i lost some power that way hahaok sorry for this pointless post...i'm just happy they got rid of that annoying rattle that's been bugging me for the past 8 months lol

Yeah, that doesn't work of me as I'm 5'1" and the seat is usually so far back I can't reach the pedal when I get it back from the dealer.

Funny story!Noramlly I drive with the seat all the way back. When I got my 6-speed Vette, it seemed like my leg strained when I pushed in the clutch pedal. Moving the seat up fixed that! The only car I have ever had to move it up on!

I've always sat all the way back in my cars with the exception of the Vibe. Since the steeringwheel doesn't want to go down as far as I'd like it to, I have to scoot up to compensate for it.
