Got my "Active" package and front splash guards today

Post by pwarren4 »

Got them from partszoneonline.com. Check out the pics in the zip file. The floor mats I like. The rear bumper protector I like. The seat covers 50/50 - the style is OK, the function should make up for the style. The cargo box I don't know about, I'll try it for a while but I suspect it to be more in the way than useful. The splash guards I had to paint - the gray color just didn't go with Satellite monotone and freshly Armor All'd black tires. Hopefully the paint won't chip off, had to try though.

If you decide you are not fond of the cargo holder and would like to part ways with it, I might be interested in buying it from you. Let me know.Jim

Not bad! See, I just am intrigued by the mats, the cargo box, and the rear bumper cover. Not sure if it's worht it to get the package, then sell of what I don't want, or get them individually.

I say get the package, the only other thing you get that you didn't mention is the seat covers. They only look a little plain - I think they are going to be good to have and you can't tell they are there when sitting on them.

That looks like a lot of merchandise for the money. Those mats are the best but the seat covers look like they were made for a freakin backhoe. They can do better than that.

I have a cargo organizer that I don't use. Once I installed my sub, it just doesn't fit in the back. I'm thinking about getting rid of it, but then later on I may need it. Does everyone use theirs?

I have all off my new accessories installed now.The Floor mats are good. The Cargo Box is good. The bumper protector is real good. The Seat covers had to come off. Being "Water Resistant" makes them "Air Proof" which equals HOT. I'm gonna keep them though, I stored them in the back floor. They will be nice to have when we go swimming, beach, etc. Wrong forum I know but - The painted splash guards didn't work. Paint never would stick. Even if it did, it probably would never have held up to rock chips and the like. Got them all cleaned up though, good as new. Oh well, no loss, just an aggravation. Still would prefer them to be black but after getting them mounted the grey is not so bad.The splash guards are good. All is better in my world now.

When I ordered mine, my credit card charge showed up magically $25 more than the order statement. The statement that came with the merchandise showed this as a handling charge. They are not gonna let us off that easy...

How did the painting of the splashguards go? I agree Grey is not the best chice, they should make it in black for the mono owners.
