Word of warning on those grills. I replaced all my speakers as well, but had to pull the front off agian to change something. When I installed the front speakers I used the old speaker shell. What I did not notice at the time was the interior of the grill or door pannel has a honeycomb grill that pertrudes inward. It was basicaly pinching the rubber moldings of my speakers woofer. I had to cut back the plastic as much as I could so this would not happen anymore.

I didn't mention in my last post but I was refering to the factory door pannel with built in grill. If you cut that out I'm sure you wouldn't have the problem anymore.

I had to cut out the front speaker grills since the center cones stuck out too far. Luckily, the grills that came with the Pioneers fit perfectly around the holes. I'd still like to find some better looking aftermarket grilles.
