4 or 5 Speed Automatic?

Okay, I've been reading a bunch of posts of here and some are saying the '09 has a 4 speed automatic. My car has the sequential shifter nad has 5 speeds as indicated on the dash, 1-2-3-4-5. If I leave it in drive (D) it shifts normally. If I slap the shifter to the left it downshifts into 4 (from 5th) and then I can shift up and down from 1 to 5. Are they all like this or do I have some sort of special "one off" racing automatic trans?

You apparently have the 2.4L engine. The 1.8L AT is a 4 speed; the 2.4L AT is a 5 speed.

Well, I just checked and it is the 2.4. All this time I thought it was a 1.8!
