Based upon your experience, which CAI is best for the Vibe GT? I've tried searching and found that alot of the folks here like the Injen CAI, but nothing that compares against other brands. Any feedback would be great!
Diplomacy is the act of saying "nice doggie" while looking for a big stick.
If you look at the dynos, the CAI's are virtually identical in performace. I have an Injen CAI and I had the chance to drive CaCathy13's Vibe GT which has the AEM. The performace and sounds was identical from what I could tell. I'm sure the TRD CAI is the same as well. Whatever you get, you will be extremely happy with.

Generally.....does your gas mileage go up or down with a CAI. My initial thought was that it would go down but I remember reading a couple of posts that gave me the impression that it goes up a bit.Jim

Mine hasn't changed much either way...but I find myself driving harder now with the extra power, so I imagine it probably went up, and I'm just, um..."compensating" for it. Hehe.
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
look into the AEM. I have the injen and like it alot, but i had to redrill a hole and file down the bracket to install it, which i didnt like. This is only me, everyone else didnt have this problem . Their basically the same, but less people have the AEM. I would get it if i had the extra 40 or so that it is.
I went with the Injen from Adventon.com. They had the best price and great service. They have both AEM and Injen intakes. Click on the link that I placed. It takes you directly to the Intakes for our car.
