help please!03 vibe gt lower painted body cladding??

hi guysim looking at buying a 03 vibe gt(again) but the lower body cladding(front and rear bumbers and bottom half of doors)is painted silver to match the car,,,is this correct for this year--ive never seen it before,,all the 03 and 04 vibes ive ever seen have had the cladding but not painted,,just the natural dark grey plastic,,,please help,,was this a factory option in 03,,,i love this car but this one issue is confusing me,,,its just like the one in the pic ive included

great choice!we've always had the choice of monotone or twotone vibes. for o3 and o4, the two tones came with the rocker panels; the monotones didn't.welcome to the family!!!!!
