Suspension question

Post by bonzo4ever »

I've seen several options for new, lower springs for the Vibe/Matrix, but does anyone know if you can get performance springs and struts/shocks in the stock height? I'd consider lowering the car a little, but because of the flooded road I drove down the other day (successfully), I'm kind of liking a little ground clearance every now and then.

If you don't care to lower the car, the stock springs are fine... better struts would be a great improvement.. I would recomend KYB AGX if you can find them (maybe for the matrix) they offer adjustable dampening, without breaking the bank.. you could make it track car stiff, or off road soft..

Awesome. Thanks for the tip. Those sound like a winning combo, so long as the price isn't out of this world.
