17" Tire Fitment
Morning folks,I've gone through all teh archives and tire threads but can not confirm one person that has run a 225/55R17 on their pre '09 Vibe.. I have a screaming deal on tires in that size but want to know if anyone has had this size and what they thought about them,,Thanks for the help, Cheers

It seems that the tire size that you have a great deal on is possibly too big for your application. Look and use the tire size calculator sticky at the beginning of this forum and calculate the size and you'll see that its 7% too big. You can also have the tire installer test fit the tires for you and if they fit with no clearance issues, then go for it. But I would shy away for a tire that too big regardless if your getting a good deal on them or not. Plus bigger tire equal lower MPG also.
