A-Pillar Gauge Pods

Post by Amtron »

Would any body be interested in buying some A-Pillar guage pods? I'm going to email a few companies that produce them and see if they would make some for the Vibe if we get a group buy going. It would be something like this (all random images):

Good luck.I had to make my own.But having gauges for the sake of having gauges is worthless and expensive.I tried this a few years ago,but no one wanted them. This place is willing to make some, but you need 20 people.http://www.gaugepods.com/custom.html

...since 2009-10 Vibes have AIRBAGS in the pillars, they won't fit these models (darn!).

If you want them just for the look (like me ) just do what I did. I put the gauges into separate pods and bolted them right to the pillar. It actually came out quite good. There are some crappy pics of them in my garage thread. Just an idea.

The only thing I would put there is an afr gauge to help with tuning a camcon or something similar. There isn't much else to need in a car like this.
