I have used, and most sites online for how-to's suggest, MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). Available at most lumberyards/hardware stores.

Mdf, Hdf, and I've even heard a few nice sounding 3/4" birch birch boxes Like breezd said, most people use MDF, it's easy to work with too!

MDF or Birtch The Birtch is a lil lighter but cost a lil more, and MDF makes a slight dust mess. I would not reccomend cutting it in a garage but I would reccomend a mask while cutting.Happy box building.Aron

Hay man,Nice build, but I have bad news for you... Running mismatched woofers in both a common chamber and on a common line from the amp is asking to let the smoke out of components.. The various electrical and mechanical parameters are a LOT different between 10's and 12's... Heck, they can be different between 2 woofers of the same size and model.. Just giving you a heads up..

This is a discontinued amp model for a good reason, it cannot handle the NEED for INSANE MUSIC LISTENING IN OUR VIBES . What do you have in it for a HU & are you using the factory amp for the door speakers? Again I am not being "mean" about it, just trying to help you out with not literally blowing your money Let me know if you need any help, that why we are all here
