New arrival

Greetings all! New arrival here and a new Vibe owner. I had driven a 2000 Grand Am for over 6 years and it was time to put it out to pasture. I had made it 160,000 miles without having to do any major repairs, but I felt I was pushing my luck. The Pontiac Vibe had caught my attention way back in '03. So when the time came to start looking for a new car, the scales were already tipped in the Vibe's favor. I looked at a few different models of cars, but in the end I ended up with my new (to me) ride: a 2008 Vibe (Stealth), AT, Alloys, Sun & Sound, and 24,000 miles. The only option I wish I had that's missing is antilock brakes. I've had her for 2 months now and I love the car! Getting 32 mpg on average with mixed driving...and I like that too! I've been soaking up information from the forum for a while now and thought I should say hello. This is a great place and a great resource for Vibe owners!Kevinaka - Southpaw
