hey guys i am now the proud owner of 2 vibes. my silver 04 vibe has been having a few issues lately( air idle control valve, fuel pressure regulator, belt tensioner...arggh) well a family member run into an 03 blue vibe that was "wrecked" for $1000 dollars well went to look at in monday and it only needs some touch up paint and the moulding over the drivers side rear wheelwell. so now my wife is going to have the silver vibe and i now have my new baby an 03 base vibe blue factory aluminum wheels tinted windows and ive already ordered a CAI and grounding kit for it, plus i had a pulley set that was going on the silver car thats now heading to my new baby also going to have a complete custom exhuast similar to the setup i run on the silver car. As for the silver car i am going to put a slightly quieter muffler on it and transfer my tpv turbo canister to the new car and finish fixing the basic maintenence issues its been having

WOW! $1000 for an '03 Base? Hopefully, you checked it over or are able to bring the car in to get fully checked over to make sure there is nothing else wrong with it before you purchase. Did you get a Carfax for it to see the car's history? How many miles are on it? If all is good, you got a heckuva deal!

Did you make sure it doesn't still have the original 330 cca battery? JUST JOKING.You could probably part it out and make money at that price.

yeah i had originally intended to just use it for parts for my silver car but after looking at it its in great shape i have an uncle whos a master mechanic at a pontiac, gm, caddy dealership so hes gonna look it over but ive already checked the frame it looks straight seriously its just minor cosmetic damage like a 1 inch by 12 inch scrape on the driver side rear door and a 1 inch by 4 or 5 inch scrape on rear quaterpanel and needs the moulding around the wheelwell. its only got 50K miles so thats about 70k less than my 04( lol drove the wheels off it when i first got it with my job) but yeah i need to post some pics of both ive got a decent camera now so ill post some soon
