Can XM be Added to Exisitng '09 Vibe Stock Radio?

HI, Our Vibe has the stock radio, 4 door speakers, CD/AM/FM.It has a button on it called "CAT" and when I press it, it says "XM Only Feature". I know I don't have XM but can it be added to the radio somehow?

I thought the XM radio was standard in all '09 Vibes- Maybe not in Canada.

With the use of wired modulators you can add XM to virtually any car radio.A lot depends upon the radio in your car and if it has the plugs on the back for the remote CD player or other accessories.It's easy to pull it out and see what you've got, probably easier to swing by your dealer and ask the parts/service if your radio is equipped for auxiliary audio components.Dave

Noone offers a direct connection for the aftermarket as of yet. My guess is Metra Electronics Axxess line will have something by the end of the year, bu I believe their kit gets spendy after you get all the required parts.Aron
