$20 Vet Voucher

Ran across this on google news a sec ago... Apparently Bayer has set up a site gettothevet.com where they are giving away $20 vouchers from now through the 28th. Use them for preventative care and they'll also give you a free sample of Advantage. Doesn't look like if you sign up you're guaranteed a voucher, just a chance to win one. But they are giving out 1,000 each day.Of course, it's a good marketing ploy. But if you're not able to spend the money on your loved one, maybe this could help.

Thanks! It looks like tthey are only giving out 80 per hour. So if you do this, do it after the start of the hour. 12:37pm CST and they are out for the rest of this hour. I'll try again after 1pm.Here is the message I received: "Sorry, we have reached our Veterinary Voucher limit for the hour (more than 80 vouchers distributed per hour). Please try again every hour on the hour between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET."

Did anyone try and get one? I tried at 1:00:01 to 1:05pm for about 15 times and each time it said they reached their limit...I hope this is not a scam to get e-mail addresses for spam....if so, I'm going to get a buttload of spam....lol. I'll try again next hour and see...

It better not be a scam, lots of TV stations and newspapers have the story up. Probably just a zillion people trying to take advantage of the offer. I thought about it myself but I know there are others out there who need the help more than I do.

Yeah, I was trying for my Mother-in-law. Who has been putting off bringing in her dog, but won't accept money from us to bring him in. Too much pride I guess. I may just take her dog in next time she has us watch him for a couple days since we go to the same Vet.
