actually, an old member from here (silverawd) spent some bucks to reinforce his 03 AWD vibe and it now runs with a turbo.

That would be fun. MWR is only an hour or less from my house I think so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. And all the installs could be done in my school's auto shop, since I'm taking auto classes there anyway. But at 105,000 miles, I have to start thinking... is it worth it anymore?
