Mirror Glass

Does anyone know if the mirror glass part from GM contains the plastic backing plate or is it just the glass? I need the backing plate and one of the pegs, but would like to avoid buying the whole assembly.Also, I assume that right hand is the passenger side?

Dont buy a new one. Go to a parts recycler/ car parts yard/ junk yard. You can probably buy the whole thing from them, for less than you'll pay just for the glass at a dealer. Should be very easy to source.Went to the Advance Auto Parts web site and they will source a salvaged part for your Vibe. It says they will make sure that it is in good condition, too.
