My new Rogue! Picked it up tonight! Its so quiet when driving. Acceleration is awesome - no hesitation. I love it! It just barely fits in the garage. EDIT: New pics!Exterior shotsCargo Area - notice the organizer - it just pops up from under the floor with one button press.Interior

Looks great! What all information is in that orange dot between the gauges? I looked on Nissan's site and couldn't find a clear shot. It looks like fuel, engine temp, odometer, and likely the trip odometer as well, but it looks like there's more to it than that.

I know there's an outdoor temp guage, trip computer there on the package i got which tells you DTE (Distance til empty), mileage etc. I'll play with it this weekend and get some pics. I've also got those paddle shifters on the steering wheel, but I have no clue as to how to use them.

I really love the new Rogue. The Detroit News gave it a decent review but did not rave about it. They really like the CVT except at higher speeds. Did you get the AWD or just the FWD? I would seriously consider this car if I was in the market for a new ride and the Vibe wasn't almost paid off and if it was an American-made (or at least American branded) car. Although I'm not a die-hard American-made guy I still like to support the American companies. I work in Detroit and live in the suburbs. My FIL retired UAW from Ford.Very nice car, though.Mike

So I've put about 75km on it so far, to and from work. I really like it. The hubby took it out tonight and I think I converted him to a seat warmer kind of guy. The rear cargo cover design is really good - works like a window blind. You pull it out and hook it on these hooks and it stays like that. Or you release it from the hooks and it rolls up like a blind. The orange ball in the centre of the cluster is the "Vehicle Information Display" It shows my avg speed, fuel consumption (litres/100km or mpg), distance til empty, clock (there's also one on the radio), trip A, trip B, Odo, fuel, temp, can't remember what else. The centre arm rest is massive in the amount of storage there is. It has pen holders, card holders, a removable bin. The glovebox is also massive - I don't think I've ever seen one that big. Apparently you can fit a laptop in there (maybe the hubby's Mac, but not my Toshiba I don't think). The cargo area also has this one touch organizer/netting thing that pops up from the floor. That one needs pictures to be understood I think.Acceleration is beautiful... no hesitation, just gone! So very easy to speed. My tires are... Continentals! Agh!!

Yup taking pics tomorrow most likely and they are likely to be posted soon after that. I drove it over to my friends house (about 5 houses away!) and they took a look at it today. Its just an excuse to drive. I want to go for a drive right now, but I'm drinking wine, and the owner's manual says I shouldn't drink and then drive.

looks very nice... one thing though... I know your trying to support the war on terror and all but those magnetic ribbons that you have on the back of the rogue, will freeze to your paint, scratch your paint when the road salt gets behind it and last but not least if left on there long enough the magnet portion will peel the paint right off... I have seen it in person.

Whatever the reason... they have one from breastcancer to people that are autisitic, I just know they will ruin your paint. You can do what I did... get a piece of metal that the magnet will stick to and sick it to that then place that on the inside of one of your windows. You get the best of both worlds. You won't need to worry about anyone stealing it and you can do your part with the support.

Looks very nice! Best wishes with it.How does it compare in size (interior and exterior) to the Vibe? And are they only available with the CVT? I don't think a CVT would stand up to my driving for very long, most traditional automatics crap out on me so I'm pretty sure I'd fry a CVT pretty quick too.

I got groceries yesterday and in the Vibe itwould have fully covered the back cargo floor, but in the Rogue, it was barely half covered. Exterior - it does feel bigger driving it, but not like I'm driving a tank or anything. Its quite a nice ride. I really love how quiet is - no road noise at all. In the Vibe I had to crank the stereo in order to hear it over the highway road noise. In the Rogue I can hear the radio no problem.Only available in the CVT - same engine for all 4 models. Not that I'm familiar with Nissan but apparently they use the CVT in a lot of their vehicles.

We've put over 1200 km on the Rogue with the holiday driving we've done and I have to say I like it more and more. The mileage has gone from 12.1L/100km down to 9.8L/100km which is good. I'm hoping that will improve. Only one small complaint - its not quite as easy to whip in and out of parking spots as our Vibe was... but its not bad at it. Really loving it though.

In the city its been 9.1L/100km. Don't do a lot of highway driving, but when we do that number drops, but then it goes back up once I start driving back and forth to work again.

I usually put 50L (avg) of gas in every 10 days and its been low lately - around $35 to fill it. In the summer it was as high as $62 to fill it.
