I'm having the same issue on my 08. I have the GM mudflaps, and I can't see that they help keep the back window any cleaner.I remember the old station wagons of the 60s/70s used to have a deflector on the top/back of the station wagon that was supposed to keep the back window clean. Most of them were curved - almost like a rain gutter - to keep the air moving over the back window and keep dust, rain, and mud occ of the back window.Maybe somome with some talent could photoshop a piece of rain gutter on the back of a Vibe.......you never know- it could be the next great mod.

I remenber those . they also had them mounted on the sides of the rear window panels directing air across the back. May be something like that would keep the air from sucking the snow and rain from sticking on the rear glass.
This probably won't help with water / mud / wet stuff, but as far as dust on the rear window, here is something I *READ ABOUT* on the Honda Odyssey forums some time ago:After you clean your rear window, rub a USED (from the dryer) fabric softener sheet on the outside of the window.Don't use a new sheet from the box, as it will probably smear all over the window.I've heard this also works on other surfaces on which one would like to repel dust (inside of windows/windshield, etc.Let us know if you try it and how it works, as I never tried it. Good luck,
the spoilers for 03-08 didnt do anything... my spoiler on my ms3 does nothing to keep dirt off...i would 99% assume the 09 spoiler does nothing as well... its just something we have to deal with and love that we have a rear wiper
