HAHA! It sucks doesn't it? It snowed about 5 inches here Monday then it rained alllllllllll day yesterday and graciously froze last night so the roads were absolutely insane this morning. I could definitely do without snow and cold weather At least you don't have to deal with road salt. I think everyone here knows my stand on road salt...I'd rather deal with solid ice on all the roads than for my car to get caked with salt build up everywhere. It looks horrible.

I dream of only having that much snow. I hate snow... and we got a big dump of it yesterday.

I remember when I was stationed at Fort Hood we got about a 1/4" of sleet and they shut down the whole county. Even I got the day off. Street dpt. didn't even touch the roads - no salt. I think they put a little sand on the overpasses, like that helped. People were spinning out all over the place, you could tell they don't have much winter driving experience down there.

we had a record high yesterday. 85 degrees was the temp, about 35-40 mph gusts! near my house we had a brush fire the same day, a power line was knocked down due to the cold fronts 35-40mph gusts then we've been real dry lately so, dry+powerline electricity= fire >.yea they didnt even touch the roads last night.
